Business Development Officer at eTranzact International Plc

eTranzact, an award-winning, multi-application, and multi-channel electronic transaction switching and payment processing platform, aims to be the preferred integrated financial technology platform for merchants and consumers.

Job Description:

• Drive bank engagement for FIRS and other public sector collections in Lagos and surrounding areas.
• Track weekly departmental budgets.
• Monitor and report on transactions per merchant.
• Generate various financial and transactional reports.
• Canvass corporates and taxpayers to promote the eTranzact Payment gateway.
• Provide merchant support, manage issues, and report on activities.
• Ensure business revenue assurance and accurate reporting.
• Track and reconcile business budgets.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Management-related discipline.
• An MBA or MSc. would be an added advantage.
• Exceptional knowledge and skill in client service and customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of bank teller operations and engagement.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the FinTech space.
• Experience in FinTech solution business sales and marketing.
