Job Summary

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects, managing the end-to-end sales process, and driving revenue growth. This role is pivotal in expanding Talent Towers’ client base by promoting our comprehensive HR, recruitment, and learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through research, networking, and direct outreach
  • Develop, tailor, and present compelling proposals to prospective clients
  • Manage a robust pipeline and follow up on active leads
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities using a CRM platform
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are well-understood and met
  • Support strategic growth initiatives and contribute to marketing efforts
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in HR or consulting)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Workspace
Salary

₦200,000 monthly plus performance incentives
