Job Description:

Our client is in search of a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, the Business Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations and driving strategic initiatives to ensure continued growth and success.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of managerial experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Residency in Eliozu or its environs is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business operations and achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee day-to-day activities, including budget management, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to support business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain ethical standards.
• Provide inspirational and impactful leadership to the team of professionals to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications / Skills:

• B.Sc. or HND in a related field, along with any other relevant professional courses.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work independently to develop sales strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market.

Salary:

N200,000 – N300,000 (Negotiable based on qualifications and competence)
