Job Description:
Our client is in search of a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, the Business Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations and driving strategic initiatives to ensure continued growth and success.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of managerial experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Residency in Eliozu or its environs is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business operations and achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee day-to-day activities, including budget management, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to support business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain ethical standards.
- Provide inspirational and impactful leadership to the team of professionals to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications / Skills:
- B.Sc. or HND in a related field, along with any other relevant professional courses.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work independently to develop sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
Salary:
N200,000 – N300,000 (Negotiable based on qualifications and competence)
