Program Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data / BI Trainee. This internship is designed for early-career professionals with a keen interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in various functional areas such as Growth, Credit Risk, Data Science, Data Analysis, and Business Intelligence over a 3 to 6-month period. Top performers will be considered for full-time employment at the end of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on technical projects requiring extensive analysis and automation.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department on critical business areas.
• Apply data wrangling, processing, and visualization skills to support business goals.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a startup, fintech, or financial industry post-NYSC.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills or programming experience (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, Qlikview).
• Familiarity with data wrangling, processing, and visualization best practices.
• Ideal candidates should embody PRIMED qualities: Passionate, Resourceful, Intellectual, Maverick, Execution-focused, and Data-Driven.

Remuneration:

• Monthly stipend: ₦250,000 (net).
