Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to act as the first point of contact for customers by promoting products, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction. The role also involves identifying upselling opportunities and supporting overall sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and complaints.

  • Identify sales opportunities including upselling and cross-selling during customer interactions.

  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM or tracking systems.

  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve complex issues.

  • Deliver product information, troubleshoot concerns, and escalate issues when required.

  • Provide feedback on customer trends to support process improvement.

  • Maintain adherence to brand communication guidelines and food safety standards.

  • Ensure store cleanliness and use POS systems efficiently.

Requirements
  • Higher Education Diploma or equivalent (further education is an advantage).

  • Strong multitasking, adaptability, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication with empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Proficient in customer service, scheduling, and use of technological tools.

  • Interest in health, fitness, and nutrition.

  • Flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends.

  • Experience in food service, retail, or sales is an asset.

  • Professional, dependable, and customer-oriented demeanor.
