Job Summary
The Assistant Project Manager will support the delivery of office fit-out and construction projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role requires strong project coordination skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to provide accurate documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end project activities.

Liaise with contractors, consultants, landlords, and client representatives for smooth delivery.

Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, escalating risks when necessary.

Support review and approval of drawings, design variations, and contractual documentation.

Prepare meeting minutes, project correspondence, and progress reports.

Monitor compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.

Facilitate site visits, inspections, and progress meetings.

Provide administrative and technical support to the Project Manager.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in construction or fit-out project coordination.

Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent time management.

Fluent business-level English communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management software knowledge is an advantage.

Familiarity with MEPF works and interior fit-out processes is desirable.
Preferred Skills
-
Experience with multinational clients and multidisciplinary consultants.

Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
-
Understanding of procurement, tendering, and vendor evaluation processes.
Salary Range
₦300,000 – ₦400,000 net monthly.
