Key Responsibilities

Handle customer requests professionally and ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.

Gather and document customer information, fulfil needs, and educate customers to reduce repeat contacts.

Contact customers to confirm satisfaction with provided solutions/services.

Maintain detailed customer records (existing and prospects) and manage customer accounts.

Provide support to customers during project implementations.

Answer product and service questions while promoting Sidmach’s offerings.

Update customer records and recommend potential products/services.
-
Prepare product/service reports by collecting and analysing customer data.

Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.

Direct unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up.

Maintain records of inquiries, complaints, comments, and resolutions.

Resolve customer complaints by identifying causes, recommending solutions, and ensuring resolution.

Balance company policies with customer benefits to maintain satisfaction.

Use automated systems to assess and analyse customer needs.
Requirements
