Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure overall satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure satisfaction.

  • Follow up with clients via phone calls or emails to confirm issues are resolved.

  • Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer questions.

  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls.

  • Offer solutions and alternatives within set timelines.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.

  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through effective communication.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent listening skills and adaptability to diverse customer needs.
