About the Role
The Media & Advertising Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that fuel brand growth and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate media performance across digital, print, broadcast, and social platforms.
- Analyze advertising metrics (CTR, CPM, ROI, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Create multimedia content including graphics and short-form videos (basic editing required).
- Manage website content updates and oversee the company's online presence.
- Track media trends and digital conversations to identify engagement opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, and advertising partners.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance with recommendations.
- Collaborate with customer service and business development teams to align strategies.
- Support advertising initiatives with strategic storytelling and creative planning.
- Drive excellent customer engagement through online interactions and content delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in media analysis, advertising, or marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with media planning and buying processes is an advantage.
- Proven experience liaising with media houses and agencies.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools).
