About the Role

The Media & Advertising Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that fuel brand growth and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate media performance across digital, print, broadcast, and social platforms.
  • Analyze advertising metrics (CTR, CPM, ROI, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Create multimedia content including graphics and short-form videos (basic editing required).
  • Manage website content updates and oversee the company's online presence.
  • Track media trends and digital conversations to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, and advertising partners.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance with recommendations.
  • Collaborate with customer service and business development teams to align strategies.
  • Support advertising initiatives with strategic storytelling and creative planning.
  • Drive excellent customer engagement through online interactions and content delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in media analysis, advertising, or marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with media planning and buying processes is an advantage.
  • Proven experience liaising with media houses and agencies.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools).
