Job Summary

A reputable manufacturing company is seeking a responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Personnel to help maintain a safe and secure environment across its premises.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the facility, controlling access, protecting company property, and promptly reporting any security concerns or incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure the company's premises, facilities, and surrounding areas.
• Control and monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and other persons.
• Conduct routine security checks and patrols within designated areas.
• Protect company property, equipment, materials, and personnel from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors, incidents, and security activities.
• Remain alert and respond promptly to security threats, emergencies, and suspicious activities.
• Report security incidents and unusual occurrences to the appropriate supervisor or management.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly environment within the facility.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in security or a similar role.
• Minimum of O' Level qualification.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• Male candidates only.
• Must be physically fit, alert, disciplined, and reliable.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Ability to remain calm and responsive in emergency situations.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an added advantage.
