Responsibilities

Ensure all construction activities comply with project plans, specifications, and schedules.

Supervise site workers and subcontractors, and ensure effective team coordination.

Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on site.

Monitor work quality to ensure standards are met.

Coordinate delivery, use, and management of materials, equipment, and labor.

Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to maintain smooth communication.

Track project progress, manage budgets, and report potential risks.

Resolve on-site challenges such as labor disputes, equipment breakdowns, or unexpected conditions with practical solutions.

Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, progress reports, incident reports, and other site documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements

B.Sc. Degree / HND in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven industry or field experience.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
