Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction activities comply with project plans, specifications, and schedules.

• Supervise site workers and subcontractors, and ensure effective team coordination.

• Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on site.

• Monitor work quality to ensure standards are met.

• Coordinate delivery, use, and management of materials, equipment, and labor.

• Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to maintain smooth communication.

• Track project progress, manage budgets, and report potential risks.

• Resolve on-site challenges such as labor disputes, equipment breakdowns, or unexpected conditions with practical solutions.

• Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, progress reports, incident reports, and other site documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree / HND in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven industry or field experience.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Must be available to resume immediately.
