Role Summary

The Transaction Service / Customer Support Officer will act as a liaison between shareholders and the company, ensuring timely resolution of complaints, sales of capital market products, and effective client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary link between shareholders and the company to resolve complaints promptly.

• Promote and sell available capital market products to existing and prospective clients.

• Conduct cold calls to generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Establish and maintain strong client and shareholder partnerships.

• Assess client/shareholder needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

• 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.

• Knowledge of the capital market is an advantage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Goal-driven with proven sales experience (added advantage).

• Excellent customer service and leadership abilities.

Salary

₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly
