Job Summary

Carlcare Development is seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance Intern to support daily accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a background in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, along with a strong willingness to learn and grow within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily accounting and financial documentation
  • Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and payment reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, spreadsheets, and account schedules
  • Support bank reconciliation and petty cash management
  • Assist with data entry into accounting systems and ERP platforms
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team when required
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
  • Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 0–1 year relevant experience or internship experience in finance/accounting
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
