About the Organization
Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) was established in 2010 through the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act. The Board is responsible for guiding, monitoring, coordinating, and implementing the provisions of the Act to promote Nigerian participation and capacity development within the oil and gas industry.

The NCDMB Oil and Gas Field Readiness Training Program is designed to empower young Nigerian graduates through specialized technical training and internship opportunities in the oil and gas industry.
The programme focuses on Operation & Maintenance and Digital Skills development to prepare participants for career opportunities within the sector as part of Nigeria’s human capital development agenda.
