Job Summary

Sycamore-ng is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Management Intern to support its risk and compliance operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to credit risk assessment, compliance processes, and operational risk management within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in reviewing and monitoring loan applications and supporting documents
  • Support the team in conducting risk assessments and due diligence checks
  • Assist with data entry, documentation, and record management
  • Support compliance and internal control processes
  • Assist in tracking loan repayments and delinquent accounts
  • Support audit and compliance reviews where required
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to risk policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Currently serving or about to commence NYSC
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
