Job Purpose
The Physics Tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Physics lessons, ensuring students gain a strong understanding of the subject. The role requires planning, teaching, and assessing students’ performance while maintaining accurate academic records and contributing to the overall success of the school’s academic programs.

Responsibilities

• Teach specialised subjects to students across assigned classes.

• Attend and deliver lessons punctually and consistently.

• Conduct class tests, periodic assessments, practical sessions, projects, and homework.

• Mark and record students’ work, maintaining proper documentation for continuous assessment.

• Participate in afternoon session classes as scheduled on the timetable.

• Support the academic development and progress of students by providing guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc., B.Ed., B.Tech, HND, M.Sc., or M.Ed. in Physics or a related field from a recognized institution.

• At least 2 years of teaching experience in Physics or related disciplines.

• Proven classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Capacity to perform under pressure and meet academic deadlines.
