Role Overview:

We are in search of an innovative Civil Engineer to design, develop, and construct a diverse array of projects for both the built and natural environment, from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain construction projects of varying scales safely, timely, and sustainably.
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze various data types, including maps, reports, tests, and drawings.
• Perform technical and feasibility studies while preparing blueprints that meet technical specifications.
• Oversee the resulting structures and services to ensure usability.
• Monitor project progress and compile status reports.
• Manage budgets and procure necessary equipment and materials.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations, including permits and safety standards.
• Deliver technical documentation and files as required.
• Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
• Provide expert advice and creatively address emerging problems and deficiencies.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and obtaining regulatory approvals.
• Strong project management and supervision capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid professional engineer license.
• Proven 5-10 years of experience in Civil Engineering or construction.
• Expertise in design and visualization software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software.
