Rekrut Consulting seeks a results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and explore new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in corporate sales or business development with a proven track record of success.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in networking and prospecting.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
