Job Summary:

We are seeking an adept and proactive Credit Support Officer to join our expanding operations. The ideal candidate will drive loan product sales, manage customer onboarding, and monitor loan processes across our Ogun and Oyo State branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit customers and handle recruitment documentation.
  • Review and process loan requests.
  • Manage repayment collections and post system transactions.
  • Monitor the progress of new and existing loans.
  • Assess customer creditworthiness and evaluate associated risks.
  • Update ledgers and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized University or Polytechnic.
  • Strong skills in report preparation and interpretation.
  • Demonstrated creativity, drive, and achievement track record.
  • Strong analytical skills and interpersonal (soft) skills.
  • Interest in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
  • Willingness to relocate is essential.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month.
  • Accommodation provided.
