Customer Care Representative at KM Consulting
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally answer phone calls and address customer inquiries.
- Process client orders promptly and accurately.
- Respond to client emails and messages, ensuring timely resolutions to issues.
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction with orders and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
- Provide updates to customers regarding delivery timelines and product availability.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist with promoting new products and gathering customer feedback.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with order management and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
