Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and contribute to driving sales growth. This role demands excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, and an understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, offering accurate and timely information about our properties and services.
  • Sales: Generate new leads, conduct property viewings, and negotiate sales agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Property Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our properties, including features, amenities, and market trends.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives such as social media, events, and advertising campaigns.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualification: Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer-facing sales experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Results-driven, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Salary

₦190,000 / Month
