Job Description:

Majeurs Holdings is seeking a Customer Service Intern with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. The intern will manage customer requests and complaints, ensuring they receive stress-free services and support, with all their needs met in a timely manner. Success in this role requires being customer-focused, detail-oriented, efficient, polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, ensuring resolution.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, follow up on customer orders, and generate reports.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Engage customers proactively, providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.
• Update the customer database and provide timely reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team by following up on appointments with customers.
• Update customers’ records and reach out to them through calls and messages.
• Escalate customer complaints to the appropriate team and fulfill tasks set out by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Candidates should be NCE or OND holders. SIWES students with backgrounds in Business Administration, English Language, or Mass Communication are also encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
• Proximity to Surulere is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of sewing, furniture, or interior decoration is an added advantage.
