Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and prospects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role plays a key part in building trust with clients and supporting seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions
  • Provide accurate information about ACR Consulting’s services and engagement processes
  • Support clients through onboarding and communicate needs to internal teams
  • Manage and update customer service logs and CRM records
  • Handle client complaints professionally and escalate complex issues
  • Schedule consultations, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and consultants
  • Monitor and respond to social media and website contact form inquiries
  • Prepare client satisfaction surveys and support service improvement initiatives
  • Represent ACR Consulting’s brand values in all communications
Qualifications and Experience
  • OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, ideally within consulting or professional services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Empathetic, client-focused, and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
