Job Summary:

The Customer Service Officer will play a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, contributing to the success of the company by ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and other inquiries.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently.

Property Tours and Showings:

  • Coordinate property tours and showings for prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Offer clients accurate and detailed information about properties.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Assist clients with completing paperwork and documentation.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Follow-up:

  • Conduct follow-up communications for feedback after property showings.
  • Keep clients informed on transaction progress and address concerns.

Customer Education:

  • Educate clients about real estate processes, market trends, and relevant regulations.
  • Offer guidance on financing options and connect clients with mortgage brokers.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Professionally handle customer complaints and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues that arise during transactions.

Market Research:

  • Stay up-to-date on local property values, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide relevant market information to assist clients in decision-making.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and office organization.

Feedback Collection:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Provide customer insights to contribute to marketing strategies.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay informed about industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
Salary:

₦50,000 – ₦100,000 monthly
