Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will communicate with customers via phone, email, or online chat, offering information and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries, and manage complaints.
• Quickly identify and resolve customer issues while providing accurate information and support.
• Maintain and update customer records and interaction histories.
• Introduce and explain the company’s products and services to customers, addressing any product-related questions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to act on customer feedback and ensure customer needs are met.

Job Requirements:

• Background in related fields is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or related roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and office software.
• The role focuses on delivering exceptional service experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦400,000 / month.
