Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative will communicate with customers via phone, email, or online chat, offering information and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries, and manage complaints.
- Quickly identify and resolve customer issues while providing accurate information and support.
- Maintain and update customer records and interaction histories.
- Introduce and explain the company’s products and services to customers, addressing any product-related questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to act on customer feedback and ensure customer needs are met.
Job Requirements:
- Background in related fields is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and office software.
- The role focuses on delivering exceptional service experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦400,000 / month.
