Job Description
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting real estate offerings, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote real estate offerings to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property viewings with sales agents.
- Follow up on inquiries to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain a detailed database of potential and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide information about properties, addressing client questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and property listings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Experience in real estate sales is a plus but not required.
Salary
₦150,000 – ₦160,000 per month.
