Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the Customer Services Department
  • Analyze and summarize customer issues to provide accurate solutions or clarifications
  • Implement and uphold the company’s customer service strategy across the business
  • Ensure effective processing of customer quotations, orders, and confirmations within defined timelines
  • Handle all customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, orders, delivery, billing, and returns
  • Resolve customer complaints and requests efficiently and within agreed timeframes
  • Promote continuous improvement in customer service delivery
  • Build and sustain a positive, high-motivation team culture
  • Actively participate in relevant management and strategy meetings
  • Ensure consistent and clear communication across all levels of the customer service team
  • Provide customers with accurate, detailed information
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant departments or team managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases
  • Follow up with every customer post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Supervise and lead the call centre and customer service team
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar customer service role
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask
Salary

₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly
