Job Description:

As a Data Privacy Leader operating within Digital & Technology Platforms Services (DTPS), you will be tasked with formulating and upholding privacy control standards and policies, while delivering privacy IT controls for the organization’s business ventures to ensure compliance with Privacy by Design and by Default principles of EU GDPR and other data protection regulations.

Your New Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain current Privacy Controls Standards (covering both Technical & Organizational Privacy Standards).
  • Conduct Privacy by Design assessments focused on specific business processes or applications, perform quick scans, and validate post-go-live privacy requirements implementation.
  • Keep abreast of Data Protection trends and contribute to the definition of the Data Protection strategy for the annual business plan process.
  • Spearhead the Data Protection Awareness program and provide targeted awareness initiatives for relevant areas.
  • Proactively analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in data maintenance processes focusing on Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability leveraging Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs).
  • Lead Supplier Due Diligence for Privacy Technical and Organizational Controls and validate data protection agreements pertaining to said controls.
  • Contribute to Data Protection Impact Assessments including 3rd party Risk Assessments and develop templates for assessment automation.
  • Coordinate the collection and validation of Privacy Technical controls within Business applications and Solutions.
  • Provide Privacy technical requirements within company initiatives including business demands, sourcing initiatives projects, and contracts.
  • Lead privacy technical projects for the Data Privacy office.

  • Demonstrated experience of 3+ years in Privacy & Data protection.
  • A University Degree in Engineering or Information Technology is mandatory.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Professional certifications in the field of Data Privacy, control, or audit – IAPP CIPT certification is preferred.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in a multicultural environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
  • Creative and Analytical Problem-Solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of EU Data Protection Law (GDPR), Privacy Frameworks (GAPP, NIST), and Privacy Enhancing Technologies.
  • Knowledge in security models of electronic services & communications.
  • Knowledge in Risk management methodology.
  • Platform Certifications – OneTrust.
