Programme Overview:

The Deloitte Finance Academy has been training and equipping young professionals in finance for over a decade. This program focuses on Accounting Operations Advisory, Accounting & Reporting Advisory, Digital Finance, Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, and Actuarial and Quantitative analytics. Graduates of the program have gained opportunities to join Deloitte’s workforce or secure positions in multinational companies.

Qualifications:

• Graduates in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or other Social Science disciplines who are Chartered Accountants or on the ICAN/ACCA route with a minimum of a second class upper degree/upper credit.
• Graduates in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Data Science, or science-related fields interested in Quantitative Solutions.
• For the Actuarial and Quantitative Solutions program, candidates must be highly numerate and have a keen interest in Quantitative modeling.
• Minimum of a credit in five (5) O’ levels subjects including Mathematics and English in one sitting only.
• Completion of NYSC program.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Prior relevant experience is an advantage.

Eligible Candidates Must:

• Have an interest in accounting operations advisory, financial reporting, technical accounting, finance transformation services, and digital finance.
• Possess excellent writing and oral communication/presentation skills.
• Be innovative, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Be able to carry out thorough research on complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate independent work and effective follow-through on research.
