About Financial Advisory:

• Our Financial Advisory team delivers strategic advice and execution services to a wide range of clients, including Corporates, Private Equity firms, Venture Capital firms, and other investors and lenders.
• We also assist government agencies and ministries in implementing alternative service delivery models through public-private partnerships or privatizations.

Financial Advisory Services:

• We provide comprehensive advice to clients seeking to access new markets, assets, technologies, intellectual property, or sources of finance.
• Our services cover Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring, and Valuation, where we help clients develop strategies aligned with their growth objectives, prepare for post-merger integration, and provide well-reasoned valuations and advice.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be committed to our purpose of making an impact that matters.
• A minimum of a second-class upper degree/upper credit or its equivalent from a recognized University/ Polytechnic in any discipline.
• A credit in five (5) O ’levels subjects including Mathematics and English in one sitting. Maximum age of 26 years at the time of application.
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
• Candidates must not have written the Deloitte aptitude test before.
