Job Description

Fort Knox Outsourcing is seeking competitive and self-motivated Direct Sales Executives to drive sales strategies, attract new clients, and convert leads into paying customers. This field sales role requires a proactive approach to generating revenue through client acquisition and management across B2B, B2C, and charter services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and sales opportunities across multiple verticals
  • Convert leads into active and paying customers
  • Identify potential route and business expansion opportunities
  • Research and follow through on sales prospects and accounts
  • Drive collaborations through events, seminars, and conferences
  • Identify and secure bus partnership deals
  • Forecast and report sales activities
  • Develop and test creative sales strategies
  • Manage and update sales pipeline using CRM tools
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Minimum of a B.Sc. (2.2 or above) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven with a high level of motivation
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline management
