Job Description:

The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that all work adheres to technical plans, budget, and safety regulations. The role includes direct communication with clients, subcontractors, and project managers, providing technical guidance and resolving on-site issues. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day construction activities.
• Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with technical plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinating with quantity surveyors for materials and pricing.
• Managing site workers and ensuring health, safety, and sustainability standards are met.
• Providing quality assurance, technical advice, and suggestions for project improvement.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring site operations run smoothly.
• Compiling operational cost estimates and aligning activities with business goals.
• Researching environmental impacts and preparing proposal documents.
