Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Executive Administrative Associate to provide exceptional support to our CEO in a dynamic remote work environment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with senior executives, managing complex schedules, and handling high-level communications with professionalism.
This role requires a proactive individual capable of anticipating the CEO’s needs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless operations while handling confidential information. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, schedule meetings, prioritize appointments, and resolve conflicts across multiple time zones.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with precision.
- Monitor and prioritize the CEO’s email inbox, responding and escalating as necessary.
- Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize virtual and in-person meetings, set agendas, and prepare supporting materials.
- Document key meeting points, track actionable items, and ensure timely execution.
- Plan and manage complex international travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Oversee digital filing systems (Google Drive) for critical documents.
- Research and recommend tools to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Represent the CEO in high-level interactions with professionalism.
- Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion.
- Solve problems proactively, optimizing the CEO’s time and focus.
Experience & Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (required).
- Advanced degree in Law, Economics, or related discipline (highly desirable).
- Minimum of 4 years of high-level administrative support experience for C-suite executives.
- Proven experience managing calendars, travel, and correspondence in remote settings.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and task management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Experience in fast-paced environments requiring flexibility and decision-making.
- Strong internet connection, working laptop, and ability to adjust to CST (9 am – 5 pm).
Compensation
₦300,000 – ₦350,000 monthly Gross
