About the Role
A highly regarded business strategist, executive coach, and industry leader is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Executive Assistant (EA) to manage daily operations, elevate their personal brand, and drive strategic initiatives. The EA will serve as the right-hand person, handling branding, online presence, executive coordination, and special projects to amplify the leader’s global impact.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Operational Support:
- Manage schedule, appointments, and speaking engagements.
- Coordinate business meetings, travel logistics, and high-level partnerships.
- Handle confidential communications and executive decision-making support.
- Assist in managing projects across coaching, wellness, finance, agribusiness, and international development.
Personal Branding & Digital Strategy:
- Develop and execute a structured digital content strategy to enhance online visibility.
- Optimize LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms to strengthen personal and business branding.
- Oversee the creation of branding materials, website content, and thought leadership articles.
- Manage media presence (press features, interviews, podcasts, TV appearances).
Industry Networking & Business Development:
- Research and apply for global speaking opportunities, panel discussions, and industry events.
- Engage with industry leaders, influencers, and high-net-worth individuals to expand business reach.
- Track industry trends in coaching, entrepreneurship, wellness, finance, and agribusiness.
Digital & Content Management:
- Develop and oversee content creation for blogs, newsletters, and professional updates.
- Create email campaigns, lead generation strategies, and audience engagement plans.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize digital presence.
Research & Thought Leadership:
- Assist in researching industry trends and drafting keynotes, articles, and presentations.
- Support the development of training materials, workbooks, and course content.
- Coordinate collaborations with publishers, journalists, and media outlets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong Digital & Branding Expertise: Experience in social media management, content marketing, and branding strategies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong writing ability for crafting professional emails, articles, and branding materials.
- Networking & PR Skills: Ability to build and manage relationships with media professionals, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Tech-Savvy & Proactive: Comfortable using project management tools, CRMs, and automation software.
- A background in Executive Assistance, PR, or Marketing is an added advantage.
Salary
₦80,000 – ₦100,000 per month
