Job Description:
  • The Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives, manage projects, conduct research, achieve strategic objectives, and coordinate high-level meetings.
  • A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of prior experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO/Executive Director are mandatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling, management, and commitments, preparing necessary agenda and materials for the CEO.
  • Complete critical aspects of deliverables hands-on, including drafting communications, reviewing contracts, and other business communications for the Executive Director.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs efficiently, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion within defined timelines.
  • Produce reports for the Executive Director as required.
  • Follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Executive Director.
  • Provide administrative support in delivering assignments and initiatives for the Executive Director’s office as needed.
  • Act as a bridge for smooth communication between the Executive Director’s office and senior management teams across businesses, maintaining credibility, trust, and support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
  • Professional demeanor with strong ethical standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
  • Proven experience in an executive assistant role supporting senior-level executives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email management tools, etc.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to multitask effectively under pressure while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Discretionary mindset when handling confidential/sensitive information.
Salary:

₦200,000 – ₦250,000 Monthly.
