Executive Assistant to the Group CEO at NCC Healthcare

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Group CEO in managing daily operations, schedules, and communications. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling executive-level tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office.
Job Requirements
- Male candidate preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
