Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Facility Officer to manage the day-to-day operations of our office and staff accommodations. The role involves general maintenance oversight, administrative support, asset management, and coordination of outsourced services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all facilities and equipment including records, repairs, and supervision of related personnel
- Keep detailed records of all assets and ensure proper occupancy conditions
- Handle sourcing and renewal of residences for expatriate and local staff
- Supervise outsourced services (e.g., security, cleaning) and ensure service quality
- Oversee support staff in the head office (e.g., janitorial duties)
- Monitor domestic workers’ services in staff accommodations
- Manage monthly utility payments (energy, waste disposal, cable subscriptions)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of facilities and space administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Great organizational and team collaboration abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in facilities or office management is an advantage
