Job Responsibilities:

As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for the execution and management of all onsite activities, ensuring tasks are carried out professionally and within company policies. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting site visits at designated ETAs and implementing tasks professionally.
• Representing the company’s image onsite and coordinating with backend teams to resolve escalations effectively.
• Analyzing tasks and collaborating with technical teams for resolution within the allowed timeframe, ensuring no repetitive visits are required.

Requirements:

• Education: BSc / HND in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications from a recognized university.
• Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Independent problem-solving abilities with a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Technical Background:
  • Experience in telecommunications field operations.
  • Knowledge in RF, WLAN, and LAN.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is a plus.
• Other: Willingness to work in a field-based, high-pressure technical environment, engaging with coordinators, clients, and technical departments.
