As a Field Engineer Trainee, you will undergo intensive training in troubleshooting, technical procedures, safety, and client interaction, focusing on internet provisioning. Key Responsibilities:

• Gain familiarity with the range of services and products offered by the business line, and understand their relationship to other business lines.
• Develop the functional and technical skills required to execute assignments.
• Assist in planning, preparing, and executing jobs in line with design and client specifications to ensure 100% service delivery.
• Participate in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
• Learn through both formal technical courses and practical fieldwork.
• Work under guidance, while progressively taking on more responsibility as part of a formal career development plan.
