Swift Consulting Limited is recruiting suitably candidates to fill the position of a Field Sales Representative in Ikeja, Lagos on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas by consistently closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to provide customers with relevant insights and solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Previous experience in the FMCG sector is compulsory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Result-driven mindset, with a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Practical knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management.
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record customers’ interactions and sales activities.
• Keen interest in conducting research to understand customers’ needs and industry trends.
• A passion for building and nurturing relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth.
• Proximity to the following locations: Ikeja, Agege, and Ogba is required.

Salary

₦100,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly.
