Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Filling Station Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our filling station. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency on the forecourt, coordinate staff activities, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of filling station attendants and mart staff
• Ensure staff resume on time and properly log attendance
• Monitor staff appearance and ensure they are well-dressed and presentable

Customer Service:

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
• Escalate difficult matters to the manager where necessary

Financial Management:

• Handle collection of cash and ensure accountability

Forecourt Management & Safety:

• Oversee daily opening procedures and confirm meter readings
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety equipment like fire extinguishers are in place
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company procedures

Work Schedule

• Full-time with one off-day per week

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications with 1 – 4 years of work experience
• Must reside within or near Ikotun, Lagos

Salary

₦150,000 Monthly
