Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance / Accounting Manager to provide leadership in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role involves overseeing accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
  • Develop and manage financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Collaborate with auditors for internal and external audits
  • Implement effective accounting policies and procedures
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the accounting team
  • Conduct financial analysis and present actionable insights to management
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, vendors, and regulators
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • ICAN or ACCA certification is required
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management and accounting, including 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
