Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Finance Associate to support our financial operations across multiple business divisions and markets. This role is vital to maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and internal management reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes: journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations (bank and credit card)
• Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions for employees, vendors, and partners
• Maintain accurate financial documentation to support audits, tax filings, and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS) and financial regulations
• Provide data and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure successful audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification (ICAN or ACCA) required
• Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience as a finance associate
• Experience using financial management software (e.g., NetSuite, Yooz, ApprovalMax)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax codes, and fiscal procedures
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
