Job Summary

The Finance Officer will assist with financial recordkeeping, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial principles to support the company’s financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, receipts, and payments for day-to-day financial operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records in line with company policies.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Support accounts payable and receivable management.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure tax compliance and assist with tax filings.
• Support annual financial audits and liaise with auditors.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Maintain and update financial systems and databases.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0 – 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary

₦150,000 Monthly.
