Job Summary
The Branch Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the organization’s financial goals. This role includes managing a sales team, identifying business opportunities, creating effective campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Set annual and monthly sales quotas, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales and marketing strategies with business goals.
Sales Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract closing.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and present reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Marketing and Brand Management
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events.
- Manage the organization’s brand identity and ensure consistent communications.
- Identify target markets and create tailored marketing messages.
- Manage marketing budgets and track campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials and content.
Financial and Administrative
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with financial regulations (AML, KYC, data privacy).
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
- Utilize CRM systems for sales tracking, pipeline management, and client record maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing management.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications is an added advantage.
Salary
₦500,000 – ₦600,000 monthly.
