Applications are invited for FirstBank Sales Academy Program in Lagos, Nigeria on a Full-time Basis.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Book quality assets and ensure effective portfolio monitoring for early detection of defaults.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Acquire new accounts and revive dormant relationships.
• Market the bank’s products to fulfill customer needs.
• Initiate the development of products to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customers.
• Maintain zero tolerance for inactive/dormant accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Manager.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. A good First Degree or its equivalent from a reputable institution with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
2. Maximum age of 30 years by 30 June 2024.
3. Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales/marketing in a Microfinance Bank or other Financial Institutions.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. High ethical standards and integrity.
