We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join us in the role of Flight Operations Controller. This position, based in Ikeja, Lagos, involves overseeing and coordinating flight operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our clients’ missions.

Job Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage flight operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and company protocols.
• Collaborate with flight crews, ground services, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate efficient and timely flight operations.
• Liaise with aviation authorities to secure necessary permits and clearances for international flights.
• Maintain accurate and current records of flight operations activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding flight operations.
• Analyze and interpret flight plans, weather data, and other relevant information to make informed decisions and adjustments as required.
• Anticipate potential issues and offer timely solutions to ensure smooth flight execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or a related field, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations, including ICAO and local authorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in flight operations coordination or similar roles within the aviation industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling quick and effective decision-making in dynamic environments.
