Job Description:

Fort Knox Outsourcing is looking for an experienced recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles. The ideal candidate will work remotely and must have prior experience in recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned searches.
• Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Actively source candidates for open positions using various recruitment methods, including web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals, and personal contacts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Extensive experience in sourcing candidates through social networks, research, and personal networks.
• Proficiency in English.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
