Job Summary:
As the Front Desk Officer, you will be the initial point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Your role will involve managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Respond to phone calls and in-person inquiries professionally.
- Address and resolve complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and maintain security protocols, ensuring authorized access.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong command of English.
- Professional demeanor and suitable dress code.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiarity with standard office procedures and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Awareness of organizational policies related to front desk operations and visitor management.
- Basic knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.
