Job Description:
- Greet and meet clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a tidy reception area.
- Handle and forward phone calls efficiently.
- Manage office inventory and supplies.
- Coordinate with Realtors/Consultants to ensure sales.
- Source new consultants and establish business relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of business transactions.
- Aim to achieve the best performance from Realtors/Consultants.
- Document and report on Realtor/Consultant activities.
- Manage client payments, issue receipts, and handle email marketing and bulk SMS.
- Maintain and manage the client database.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in Real Estate is an advantage.
- Must reside in Ajah or its environs.
