Job Description:
  • Greet and meet clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Handle and forward phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies.
  • Coordinate with Realtors/Consultants to ensure sales.
  • Source new consultants and establish business relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of business transactions.
  • Aim to achieve the best performance from Realtors/Consultants.
  • Document and report on Realtor/Consultant activities.
  • Manage client payments, issue receipts, and handle email marketing and bulk SMS.
  • Maintain and manage the client database.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Real Estate is an advantage.
  • Must reside in Ajah or its environs.
